The focal image in our 2020 Salon de Jeanne d’Arc poster is a painting by New Orleans artist Saegan Swanson, one of the judges selections from our Joan of Art juried art exhibition.  The Joan of Art selections are now on display and available for sale at Aridodante Gallery on Julia Street in the New Orleans Arts District.  They’ll be on display through Sept. 30.  In addition to the original selected art pieces, Joan-themed prints and miniatures are also for sale. Swanson’s painting draws its inspiration from the iconic French movie character Amelie, as well as from St. Joan of Arc.
