We only use your information internally. We do not share our list in any way with any other company or nonprofit organization. If we think our members would be interested in particular non-krewe events or opportunities, we will mention those in our own newsletters rather than share our email or text message lists with anyone else.

We use MailChimp cloud software to manage our email list and trust MailChimp, a leading mail manager company, to secure the names and email information. All our e-newsletters include a one-click link to unsubscribe, and you can type STOP to unsubscribe from our text message list.

We trust PayPal and WordPress EasyCart for all our in-house online purchases, an industry leader using top-rated security. If you choose to buy from us on this website, your credit card information is between you and PayPal or you and EasyCart. Krewe de Jeanne d’Arc does not have access to your credit card or bank account information when you purchase from us.

If you purchase our Café Press merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.), you are buying from Café Press, not the Krewe de Jeanne d’Arc. The Krewe de Jeanne d’Arc receives royalties on those items for use of our designs, and Café Press provides us information about only the quantities of each item purchased and the dates. The Krewe de Jeanne d’Arc does not have access to any of your contact information or financial information when you purchase through Café Press.
