Hello, undecided battalion members!

In case any of you are considering the Flaming Heretics Battalion, I’m sharing this invitation from Flaming Heretics Battalion lieutenant Max Bernardi, to a battalion meeting at her studio. It’s fine for anyone thinking about joining the Flaming Heretics battalion to come to this meeting to meet people and hear about plans before deciding — DO RSVP though, because you will need Max’s help to get into the locked building. If any more battalion-specific events like this come up while you are still undecided, I’ll pass them along to you. -Captain Amanda

….Wednesday May 13th, 6PM at my studio, which is #161 inside of Orleania Studios, 1525 San Ferdinand St.

I know the parade is more than 6 months away, but I would like us to collectively talk about our costumes and how we can add to our collective impact on the parade route!  I would like to also talk about our experience during the last parade- before we completely forget- and improve upon that.

I think the summer is a good time to jump start any costume-building, as we have a little breathing room before the Fall social calendar stats to fill up.  I will provide some wine and snacks, but please feel free to bring anything, including show and tell ideas! If there is anyone else you’d like to invite along, please do, and please RSVP by Monday, May 11th.
