100 Years War Toy Soldier Knights

- Description
Each pack includes a total of 30 highly detailed plastic medieval men-at-arms, hand-embellished with coats of arms from Joan's story. The coats of arms are decoupaged in place and molded while wet to follow the contours of the figures, then finished with a non-toxic glaze that will hold up to a child's play as well as serving as an attractive collectible. The 30 figures are bundled into 20 favors, each in its own color-coded organza bag for convenient distribution on the parade route. In 10 individual blue bags (representing the French side, gray figures) are individual named French knights and pike men, with the corresponding playing card with that character's history. In 6 individual red bags (representing the English side, black figures) are 3 English archer figures with a playing card about the English longbow, and 3 Philip, Duke of Burgundy figures with his playing card. This is the first time we've had playing cards for the opposition, and the plan is to each year feature one different opposition character. You'll also receive 3 war game sets packed in white organza bags, consisting of 3 English men-at-arms and 2 or 3 French men-at-arms. The war game sets come with a sturdy gloss 5x7 postcard with a map showing the French, English and Burgundian territories and the sites of Joan's battles, as well as handmade banners for the French, English and Burgundian armies. The double-sided banners are made of sturdy waterproof, tear-resistant paper.
French Knights in your set will be: The Bastard of Orléans, Jean II Duc d'Alençon, La Hire, Hector de Gallard, and the Pike Men.
