Captain Amanda scored several bargains has ambitious plans to expand our foot soldier costume inventory.  It’s all easy stuff, but there’s a lot of it!  This is well-suited for someone with basic sewing skills to pick up, get some instructions, and get them done at home on your own machine in your own time. • Ironing and then overstitching to put krewe logos onto store-bought medieval hoods
• Shortening table runners to create monk scapulars
• Threading cord through existing floppy sleeve hems to create gathered sleeves
• Doing minor mending or stain scrubbing to spiff up the vintage robes
